Pranav Chaithanya currently serves as the State Lead Consultant for the Department of Education with the Government of Telangana, overseeing strategy and operations since June 2023. Previously, Pranav held various leadership roles including Manager of Corporate Engagement at Great Learning, where responsibilities spanned consultative selling and strategy for the Data Science and Engineering program, and Manager of Strategic Partnerships at 321 Education Foundation, successfully building partnerships with numerous schools. Early in the career, Pranav worked as a Service Manager and Senior Classroom Catalyst at Maverick Edutech Private Limited, leading teams in content development and teacher training across multiple states. The journey began as a Teaching Fellow at Teach For India, providing insight into the educational landscape in India. Pranav holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Christ University, Bangalore.
