Sabri Gouda is a Senior Highways Design Engineer at Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Department since April 2019, specializing in the design of horizontal and vertical alignments of highways and the preparation of contours, road marking, and signage plans. Prior experience includes roles as a Roads & Highways Design Engineer at Engineering Consultants Group S.A., where contributions were made to significant projects such as the Qatar Emiri Naval Forces Base and Qatar metro stations planning. Sabri held positions as a Roads Technical Office Engineer at National Construction Co. - SAMCO, focusing on the Shoubra-Banha Freeway project, and as a Roads & Highways Design Engineer at AAW Consulting Engineers & Partners and AMG Al Amar Consulting Group S.A., contributing to high-profile projects within Saudi Arabia and Oman.
