Daniel Navarro has extensive experience in international relations and project management, currently serving as Directeur Performance, amélioration et gestion de projets at Ministère des Relations internationales et de la Francophonie du Québec (MRIF) since March 2009. Previous roles at MRIF include Directeur - Performance et planification stratégique and Chef d'équipe, alongside a position as Conseiller en affaires internationales at ESEI. Earlier career highlights include serving as Coordonnateur at the Centre d'études interaméricaines and as Agent de développement for Comité de solidarité/Trois-Rivières. Daniel Navarro holds a Doctorat in Études internationales from Université Laval and an Ingeniero degree from Universidad de Los Andes. Additionally, enrollment in the Cercle des jeunes leaders de l'administration publique at ENAP is underway.
