Michael Kenny serves as an ICT Infrastructure and Operations Specialist at the Department of Public Expenditure & Reform since February 2022, focusing on Active Directory, data storage management, troubleshooting, and configuring mobile devices. Previously, Michael gained extensive experience at Ergo in various technical roles, including Level 2 Technical Support Engineer and Service Desk Analyst, providing first-level support across multiple government departments. Prior positions include IT Technician at Enterprise Ireland and IT Consultant at I.T. Alliance Group, specializing in Windows 7 deployments. Michael holds a FETAC Level 6 qualification in Computer Science from Coláiste Dhúlaigh College of Further Education.
