Eileen Crowley is a highly experienced professional in urban development and capacity building, currently serving as a Capacity Building Expert for the European Urban Initiative and a City to City Exchange Evaluator for Ramboll Management Consulting. Eileen also holds positions as an ESPON Content Editor and Lead Expert for the EcoCore URBACT Action Planning Network. With a background as the Founder and CEO of Ascent Consulting Limited, Eileen specializes in project design, funding strategy development, and community engagement. Eileen has provided external expertise to the European Commission and has been involved in mentoring and evaluating various European projects, including those related to the New European Bauhaus initiative. Eileen's educational qualifications include an MA in Town & Country Planning from the University of the West of England and a BA in European Development Studies & Spanish from University College Cork.
