H.E. Dr. Richard Allan Nixon currently serves as the Non-Resident Ambassador for South East Asia for the Government of Grenada since January 2019. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Nixon has been the Executive Director of Harvey Law Group since October 2014, focusing on facilitating the mobility of people, investment, and enterprise. As Chief Executive Officer of Natcom International Group since October 2013, Nixon oversees real estate management and advisory services in telecommunications and project development. Prior roles include Chargé d'Affaires at the Embassy of Grenada to China and various positions in the telecommunications sector, such as President and CEO of Kalypso Holdings Limited and Director of Business Development at Nortel. Nixon holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Victoria University and multiple degrees and certifications in Electronic Engineering, Business, International Finance, and Theology from various institutions.
