Cooper Darling-Blair has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. In 2015, they joined the European Australian Business Council (EABC) as a Research and Policy Intern. Cooper also co-founded USYD Update that same year, serving as Executive Producer, Marketing Director and Co-Founder. In 2016, they worked as a Research and Administration Assistant at Montgomery Advisory and a Vacationer (Management Consulting) at KPMG Australia. In 2017, they became an Advisor at PremierNational and in 2019 they founded and became the CEO of GovConnex.

Cooper Darling-Blair attended SCECGS Redlands from 2007 to 2012. In 2013, they began their studies at the University of Sydney, where they obtained a Bachelor of International and Global Studies (INGS) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2017. In 2014, they took a semester abroad at King's College London.
