Sam Chow, CPA, CMA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sam has held various finance and accounting positions in different companies over the years. Sam started their career in IBM Canada Ltd. in 2002, where they worked as a Global Business Services Senior Financial Analyst, Printing Systems Division and Retail Store Solutions Brand Pricer, Project Deployment Lead, and Personal Computing Division Financial Analyst. Sam then joined Earth Tech in 2007 as a Senior Financial Analyst before moving to AECOM in 2008. At AECOM, Sam served as the Finance Manager Project Controls and later as the Integration Lead. In 2011, they became the Business Line Finance Manager at AECOM Canada. Sam then joined Crossby Dewar Inc. in 2012 as the Vice President Finance. After that, Sam worked as the Country Finance Director at Malthus Canada from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they serve as the Chief Financial Officer at Govan Brown & Associates, a position they have held since July 2015.

Sam Chow, CPA, CMA obtained a HBBA degree in Accounting and Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University.
