Jen Smedley is a seasoned professional in business intelligence and product management with extensive experience in leading teams and driving data-led decision-making. Currently serving as the Senior Business Intelligence Manager at Gousto since May 2022, Jen focuses on enabling self-service analytics. Prior to this, Jen held several key roles at Nationwide Building Society from May 2016 to May 2022, including Business Intelligence Manager, where responsibilities included managing a high-performing team and overseeing the ThoughtSpot platform, along with a Product Manager role focused on mortgage solutions. Jen's earlier experience includes positions at Aviva as a Senior Insight Analyst, and at South West Angel and Investor Network Limited as a Marketing Coordinator, among others. Jen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and Physiology from Cardiff University.
