Professor Erwin Loh has a diverse work experience in the medical field. From 2009 onwards, they have been actively involved in the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators, serving as President Elect, Board Director, Vice President, Chair of the Victorian State Committee, Jurisdictional Coordinator of Training (Victoria), and Board Director. In 2023, they will begin working as the Chief Medical Officer at Goulburn Valley Health. Additionally, they have held positions at Monash University as a Professor and Clinical Professor, at the University of Melbourne as a Clinical Professor, at Macquarie University as an Honorary Professor, and at Prostate Cancer Outcomes Registry (PCOR-ANZ) as a Member of the Advisory Committee. Professor Erwin is also a member of the Multi-College Advisory Committee on Climate Change & Health at The Royal Australasian College of Physicians, a Council Member of the Migrant and Refugee Health Partnership, and an Associate Editor for BMJ Leader. Additionally, they have a LLB (Honours) (Bachelor of Laws with Honours) degree in Law from Monash University and an MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree in Management from Southern Cross University. Furthermore, Professor Loh has a PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) degree from the Australian Institute of Business, with a thesis focusing on Doctors in Senior Hospital Management. Additionally, they have a Chartered Fellowship (CMgr FCMI) from the Chartered Management Institute. Professor Loh has completed various leadership programs, including the Board Leadership Program from Leadership Victoria, the Certified Lean Champion program from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, and the Williamson Community Leadership Program from Leadership Victoria. Professor Erwin has also obtained certifications such as the Certificate of Executive Coaching from the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators and the Executive LINK program from the Department of Health.
