Frank Aalbers has extensive experience in traffic and urban planning, serving as a Senior Advising Consultant at Goudappel since 2001. Alongside this role, Frank has been a board member of Stichting Administratiekantoor Goudappel since 2009, overseeing governance and asset rights for the Goudappel Group. Frank has contributed as a member of the advisory board for the traffic engineering journal 'Verkeer in Beeld' from 2008 to 2017 and held various positions in previous organizations such as DTV Consultants and ARCADIS, where responsibilities included teaching and project leadership. Frank's educational background includes a degree in Traffic Science from Breda University of Applied Sciences and professional development through several management courses and masterclasses.
