Brig Gen John M. Lotz, USAF, Retired, serves as a Senior Business Broker at Gottesman Company, specializing in international mergers and acquisitions within the Aerospace and Defense sector since September 2012. Additionally, Lotz is a Senior Aviation Advisor for PTC Maritime, Inc., guiding the company's entry into professional aviation markets. As a Director at Monterey County Bank since January 1992, Lotz has contributed to various committees, including serving as Chair of the Audit Committee. Previously, Lotz held leadership roles such as Chairman/CEO at Monterey Bay Aviation and Chairman, President, and CEO at Bay Ridge and Couroc, Inc. Lotz began a career in business development and management at Standex International Corporation after earning an MBA in Finance and General Management from Harvard Business School in 1971.
