Rony Herdiyanto is an experienced engineering manager currently employed at ByteDance since May 2024 and at GoTo Logistics since December 2021, following a tenure at Tokopedia as an engineering manager from September 2019 to May 2024. Rony began a career in software engineering at Rasiojaya from January 2005 to June 2007, developing applications for clients, and progressed to Mitrais, where Rony held roles as a software engineer and later as a senior software engineer with a focus on team leadership and Scrum methodology from June 2007 to September 2019. Rony holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya, obtained between 1999 and 2005.
