Rachmad Mahendra is an accomplished operations and finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Regional Operations Associate at Gojek since July 2022, Rachmad focuses on strategic planning to enhance driver efficiency and manage partnerships across six districts in Indonesia. Prior to this, Rachmad held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Fish n Chick Xpress, overseeing operational budgeting and vendor management. Rachmad's background includes a significant tenure at Astra Credit Companies as Head of Service Operations, where responsibilities included supervising multiple operational departments and enhancing processes across various branches. Additionally, Rachmad has experience as Chief Executive Officer of Cihuy Chips Indonesia, managing overall operations and financial reporting. Rachmad holds a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Universitas Padjadjaran and a Senior High School diploma in Science from SMA Al Kautsar Bandar Lampung.
