Mikael Fredman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and IT management. As the founder of Swedish Consulting Group since 2006, Mikael has developed strategic concepts and supported various consulting initiatives. Currently holding the position of Digital Transformation Architect at GotlandsHem, Mikael oversees significant IT transformations involving numerous solutions and integrations. Previous roles include Engineering Manager at IKEA, where management of IT development teams focused on HR products took place, and Senior Consultant at Volvo Car Group, leading requirement analysis for a new sourcing solution. Mikael's career also features a strong history of project management and leadership positions across multiple organizations, including Rikspolisstyrelsen, IKEA Communications, and Avaio AB. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Computer Science from Chalmers University of Technology and an Executive MBA from the University of Gothenburg.
