Konstantin Karsten is an experienced professional in the field of production management, currently serving as a Manager at Gotion Inc. since July 2021, specializing in battery production. Prior to this role, Konstantin held the position of Production Manager at Volkswagen Group China from September 2016 to December 2020, focusing on planning. Additionally, Konstantin worked as a planer at Volkswagen AG from October 2009 to September 2016. Konstantin holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau (Mechatronik) from Ostfalia - University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2005 and 2009.
