Colleen Shea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology recruitment and sales. As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Gotham Technology Group since March 2002, Colleen has successfully managed the full life cycle of recruiting for a wide range of IT positions, utilizing various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates. Prior to this role, Colleen worked in inside sales at DataLan Corporation and held account management positions at Futurelink and Madison Technology Group, where responsibilities included managing client relationships, generating proposals, and developing vendor partnerships. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Marketing from SUNY Oneonta and has pursued professional education through AIRS and Morgan Consulting Group.
