Michael Highley is a seasoned professional in retail and pharmacy management, currently serving as the Business Owner of Gotcha Covered since May 2022, specializing in the sale and installation of window treatments for both residential and commercial clients. Prior to this, Michael had a successful 33-year tenure at Walgreens, culminating in the role of Director of Pharmacy and Retail, where leadership and strategic transformations were implemented across over 61 stores, managing a substantial budget and a cohesive team of over 2,000 employees. Throughout Michael's career at Walgreens, multiple leadership roles were held, focusing on store operations, employee development, and enhancing customer service. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from St. Louis College of Health Careers, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
