Simone Bloch Sørensen

Customer Success Manager, Account Manager at GoTab

Simone Bloch Sørensen has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Customer Service role at Bella Center Copenhagen in 2011. Simone Bloch then worked as a Waitress at Best Western Hotel City, Copenhagen in 2013 and a Sales Advisor at H&M the same year. Between 2017 and 2019, they held various roles at Brøchner Hotels, including Receptionist, Restaurant, and Service Management Intern. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Yaneeda.com as a Customer Care employee, Sales & Customer Care employee, and Sales And Marketing Intern. Simone Bloch is currently employed at Proper as a Customer Onboarding Specialist and Customer Success Specialist, and will soon transition to GoTab, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager and Account Manager.

Simone Bloch Sørensen began their educational journey in 2010 when they attended EF Executive Language Institute. Simone Bloch then attended CPH WEST from 2010 to 2013 where they obtained their HHX in International. In 2013, they enrolled at University College Sjælland and earned their Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Health in 2014. From 2016 to 2018, they attended Copenhagen Business Academy where they studied Service, Hospitality and Tourism Management. Finally, in 2018, they returned to the Copenhagen Business Academy and earned their PBA in International Hospitality Management in 2020.
