Josh was the General Manager at Mainland Poke from 2016 to 2017. And from 2013 to 2016, they worked as an Assistant General Manager at Mendocino Farms Sandwich Market.
Josh Rubin attended Kendall College from 2009 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services.
