Colleen Welch serves as the Senior Director of Advancement at Gosnold Behavioral Health since May 2024. Previously, Colleen held the position of Global Senior Partnerships & Event Sales at Forrester from March 2020 to May 2024, where responsibilities included consulting with SaaS companies on lead generation strategies and collaborating on global event execution. Colleen's experience also encompasses a role as Senior Sales Account Executive & Team Leader at Hornblower Cruises and Events from September 2016 to March 2020, focusing on achieving significant revenue targets through team management and strategic marketing. Prior roles include Director of Sales & Marketing at Entertainment Cruises Inc., where Colleen oversaw sales and marketing efforts for numerous vessels, and various sales positions, including National Accounts Development Manager for the education sector. Colleen holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications, English, and Journalism from Plymouth State University.
