Sarah Ann Fite is an experienced healthcare executive with a strong background in managed care, strategic development, and organizational planning. Currently serving as the Director of Managed Care at Goshen Health, Sarah manages payer relationships and oversees the Indiana Lakes Network. Previous roles include Executive Director at Integrative Care Partners, where strategic plans for growth and payer negotiations were developed, and Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at The South Bend Clinic, focused on organizational planning and joint venture coordination. With a solid foundation in strategic project management gained at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, as well as directorial roles at Allied Physicians of Michiana and HealthLinc, Sarah has proven expertise in enhancing network operations and driving business initiatives. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Health Administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Saint Mary's College.
