M. Susan Franger, MHA, is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in population health and business development. Since May 2006, M. Susan Franger has served as Vice President at Goshen Health, overseeing a comprehensive cancer program that accommodates nearly 900 new patients annually, alongside responsibilities in operations management, regulatory compliance, and program development. Prior to this role, M. Susan Franger worked in strategic planning and business development at Indiana University and gained experience as an Administrative Resident at Memorial Hospital of South Bend. M. Susan Franger holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from DePauw University and a Master's of Health Administration from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, complemented by a certification in Applied Business Analytics from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
