Bill Born is an experienced professional in higher education and communication expertise. Currently serving as the Director of Goshen Physicians at Goshen Health since October 2018, Bill has also held the role of Colleague Development Specialist. Prior to this, Bill was a Partner at Venture International LLC from October 2014 to September 2018, specializing in crisis and conflict management and leadership assessment. Bill's previous roles include Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students at Goshen College (July 2002 - August 2014) and Associate Dean for Student Life at Bethel College (July 1998 - June 2002). Bill holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Emporia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Bible/Biblical Studies/Philosophy from Tabor College.
