Kaylee Haws is an accomplished Emergency Medical Technician and dedicated volunteer, currently serving at GOSHEN FIRE COMPANY since May 2022 and as a Probationary Firefighter and EMT Personnel with Union Hose Fire Company of Annville since February 2021. Haws has extensive tutoring experience at Lebanon Valley College, covering various science subjects, and serves as a First-Year Mentor, guiding new students. As an Undergraduate Lead Researcher and former Research Assistant in Dr. Rasmussen’s lab, Haws contributed to the development of a novel paper-based biosensor for Parkinson's Disease detection. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology expected in May 2024 from Lebanon Valley College, Haws has also held positions in emergency medical services and food service, showcasing versatility and a commitment to both healthcare and education.
