Marina Carvalho has over 16 years of experience in the Supply Chain Management field. Marina began their career in 2004 as an intern at Samarco in the Process Engineering Department. From 2004 to 2012, they worked at Gerdau in various roles, including Junior System Analyst, System Analyst, and IT Functional Advisor. In 2012, they moved to Diageo as a Senior Business Consultant, providing support to Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Central America and Caribbean markets in building world class planning capabilities. In 2016, they joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a Business Consultant, responsible for forecasting and stock replenishment processes being migrated from the company's legacy system into SAP-APO. In 2018, Marina began working at GoSCM as a Value Manager, SAP Supply Chain Architect and SAP Supply Chain Senior Consultant.

Marina Carvalho has an extensive education history. Marina obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Bradford in 2017, with a focus on Innovation, Enterprise & Circular Economy. Marina also completed a Post-graduate from Fundação Dom Cabral in 2008, specializing in Management with an emphasis on Logistics. In addition, they completed Academy training on Specific SAP Solutions in Supply Chain Management from SAP Education in 2008. Marina obtained a Production Engineering degree from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in 2005, with a focus on Logistics, Manufactory and Industrial Process, Product Development, Quality Management, and Ergonomy. Lastly, they have also completed training from the Ellen MacArthur Foundation.
