Juan José Zottola has worked in a variety of roles in the logistics and supply chain management field since 2006. In 2006, they completed an internship at Banco Santander Rio as a Process Engineering Intern, where they were responsible for analysis and optimization of projects, as well as updating dashboard indicators and creating a Foreign Trade Balanced Scorecard. In 2007, they interned at 3M in the Inventory Management and Logistics department, where they were responsible for import and production planning, as well as inventory management and purchasing orders monitoring. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Kraft Foods in various roles, including Replenishment and Planning, Deployment, and Customer Supply and Customer Service. In 2011, they joined Dow Chemical as the Warehouses & Road Logistics Responsible for Argentina and Chile, where they were responsible for management of warehouses operations, a drumming plant, truck logistics, KPIs, and improvement projects. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at EY as a Manager and Senior in Performance Improvement. Most recently, they have been a Delivery Manager in South America for GoSCM Digital Transformation experts since 2019.
Juan José Zottola completed a Posgrado en Project Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' in 2011. Juan José also holds an Industrial Engineer degree from the same university. Additionally, they obtained a TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) certification from ETS with a score of 935/990 in November 2016.
