MaryJo Penkal has extensive experience in gear design and management, currently holding a managerial position at GORUCK since April 2011. Previously, MaryJo worked in research and development at Dana Design from 1990 to 2002. MaryJo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences/Institutional Food Management from Montana State University-Bozeman between 1971 and 1976.
