Annette Lechner possesses extensive experience in coaching and training, currently serving as a Coach at Present Training since 2008, where Annette focuses on helping individuals enhance their leadership skills, clarify their goals, and manage stress effectively. Additionally, Annette has been a Loopbaan Coach & Trainer at GORTcoaching since 2015 and held key positions including Program Manager and Director at DreamWeb and Global DreamWeb, contributing to the development of the DreamWeb method® for community connection. Prior to these roles, Annette managed a corporate law support department at ING from 1998 to 2014, gaining significant expertise in the international financial sector. Annette holds an education in Art Therapy from Hogeschool Leiden and has a degree in Agile Project Management.
