Erwin N. Andres, PE has had an extensive work experience in the field of traffic and design engineering. Erwin N. started their career as a Staff Engineer at Simoff & Staigar Associates in 1994 before moving on to become a Project Manager at Gorove/Slade Associates, Inc. in 1995. After serving in this role for nearly a decade, Erwin then became a Principal at Atlantic Traffic & Design Engineers, Inc. in 2004. In 2007, they returned to Gorove/Slade Associates, Inc. as a Vice President & Senior Principal. In 2013, Erwin took on the role of President at Lambda Alpha International and held this position until December 2017.

Erwin N. Andres, PE began their education at St. Peter's Preparatory School in Jersey City, NJ, where they completed their studies from 1986 to 1990. Erwin N. then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering at Rutgers University for the period of 1990 to 1994.
