Rajesh Natarajan has had a long and varied career in the technology industry. Rajesh began their professional journey in 1995 as a Senior Systems Engineer at NIIT India. Rajesh then moved on to IGENESIS in 1997 as an Architect, followed by IBM Global Business Solutions in 1998. In 1999, they joined TRILOGY as an Architect, and in 2001 they became the Head of Engineering at LockStream Corporation. In 2004, they were appointed as the VP Mobile Solutions at Vidiator Technology (US) Inc. and in 2005 they were the Head Of Professional Services at Loudeye and Senior Director of Product Management at Microsoft. Most recently, they were Adjunct Faculty at Seattle University from 2016 to 2022, and is currently the Chief Innovation Officer at Gorilla Technology Group.

Rajesh Natarajan began their education journey in 1991 when they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Sathyabama University. Rajesh then went on to earn an MBA from Seattle University in 2009. Finally, Rajesh Natarajan completed their Doctor of Education - EdD in Leadership from Seattle University in 2018.
