Jay Chandan has held a variety of positions in the technology industry since 2007. In 2007, they were the CEO of Invensis (UK) Ltd. Jay then moved to CORTIS CAPITAL LLP as a Partner in 2008, where they also held Advisory Board Member roles for Shackleton Ventures, Unisys, and other companies. In 2010, they became the Managing Director of MA4C LTD. In 2019, they founded and became the Managing Partner of KASS Capital. In 2020, they became a Member of the Advisory Board of ConsolFreight LLC. In 2021, they became the Chairman of Global SPAC Partners Co. (NASDAQ: GLSPU), a NASDAQ listed special purpose acquisition company. In 2017, they became a Partner and Co-Founder of Shackleton Ventures (Shackleton Victoria (SSVGP Limited)). Finally, in 2022, they became the Chairman and CEO of Gorilla Technology Group Inc. (Nasdaq: GRRR), a leader in security intelligence, network intelligence, business intelligence and IoT technology.

Jay Chandan attended the University of Madras from 1991 to 1995 and earned a Bachelors in Engineering with a field of study in Computer Science.
