He has held various management positions in well-known companies such as Gorilla Glue Europe Ltd, LG Harris, Birchwood Price Tools, and Black & Decker. Matthew graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of Wolverhampton and attended King Edwards Sixth Form before that.
