Stuart Carter is an experienced Automotive Body Technician currently working at Gordon Murray Automotive since March 2021. Previously, Stuart spent a decade at McLaren Automotive Ltd, beginning as a General Technician before rapidly advancing to Lead Technician. In this role, Stuart led a team responsible for the construction of high-performance vehicles, including the 570GT and 720S, overseeing exterior panel fitment and interior assembly. Stuart's expertise extends to supporting events and developing technical standards for models like the P1 GTR. Education includes a BTEC National Diploma in Motorsport Engineering from Brooklands Technical College and a BTEC First Diploma in Engineering from Farnborough College of Technology.
