Holly Lamarche was born in New Orleans, and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, though she has lived in the Dominican Republic as well. Holly graduated from St. Thomas More High School, then went on to Louisiana State University, where she received a Bachelor’s in English Literature with a minor in History and graduated Cum Laude. After completing college, she attended Loyola University-New Orleans School of Law and received her law degree in 2004, with a concentration in International and Comparative Law. After graduation, she practiced multi-district mass tort litigation with Bencel Law Firm in New Orleans, Louisiana, and has since practice over 15 years in Lafayette, Louisiana, helping hundreds of injured people across Louisiana in the areas of personal injury and worker’s compensation in jurisdictions such as New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Opelousas, and Alexandria. Holly also has a keen understanding of immigration law, and she has taught Continuing Legal Education classes to other lawyers in the field of immigration law. In 2021, Holly earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana.
Holly is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Association for Justice, Louisiana Association for Justice, and the Lafayette Bar Association. She is licensed to practice in all state and federal district courts in Louisiana, as well as the 5th Circuit. Holly was a “Top Lawyer in Acadiana” almost every year for the last 5 years. In 2018, she became a qualified Mediator in the areas of Civil and Commercial Litigation. She enjoys being a personal injury attorney because the job is never dull, and she gets to help people. In her spare time, Holly enjoys martial arts, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two children. Holly’s family is from Dominican Republic, and she is fluent in Spanish and loves to help the community.
