Mark Carter possesses extensive experience in behavioral therapy and case management, currently serving as a Case Manager III at U.S.VETS since February 2020, while also working as a Behavioral Therapist at BLACK FAMILY AND CHILD SERVICES INC since May 2019. Previously, Mark has held roles as a Behavioral Therapist at RI International and as an Assistant Manager in various sectors, including Emissions Testing and telemarketing. In addition, Mark has been the Manager at Gordon Darby Arizona Testing since February 2011, supervising a team of over ten employees and ensuring high-quality customer service. Mark holds a Master of Science in Human Behavior from Capella University, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis on Disaster Preparedness from Grand Canyon University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
