Joie Marie Serra has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Joie Marie started their career at Speath Engineering as an Engineering Intern in 2004. In 2005, they joined Pulte Homes as a Construction Superintendent before moving to F.H. Paschen in 2007 as a Project Manager. Joie then joined Gordian in 2011 as a Project Manager/Account Manager and steadily progressed to roles such as Senior Account Manager, Enterprise Account Executive, and Sector Manager. Currently, Joie is serving as the Director of Operations for the Pacific North Region at Gordian. Throughout their career, Joie has gained valuable skills in project management, account management, and operations. Joie Marie is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a LEED Green Associate.

Joie Marie Serra holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed an Associates in Arts degree in the General - Honors Scholar Program at Edison State College from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications including PMP (obtained in 2016) and LEED Green Associate (obtained in 2013). Furthermore, Joie has pursued additional certifications in executive leadership, influencing others, transitioning from manager to leader, and trust matters, all obtained in 2021. Joie Marie also holds certifications in Harvard Business School Negotiation Mastery (2020), Value Selling (2017), and Key Account Management (2014). Finally, they have completed the OSHA 30 Hour - Construction course.
