Ehsan Saqib has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ehsan is currently employed as a PHD Researcher at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they started in August 2021. Prior to this, they co-founded the company theGordian in January 2021 and held the position of Head SaaS Solutions. Ehsan also worked as a Geographic Information System Expert at UNESCO from January 2021 to August 2021. Before that, they served as a GIS Consultant at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) from April 2019 to December 2020. Ehsan Saqib's prior experience includes working as a GIS Development Specialist at The Urban Unit, Planning & Development Department, Government of the Punjab from September 2011 to April 2019. Ehsan began their career as a Software Engineer (GIS) at NetSol Technologies Inc. in February 2007 and remained there until August 2009.

Ehsan Saqib completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences between 2002 and 2006. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Masters of Science in Geodesy and Geoinformatics at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
