Jeff Terrell

Jeff Terrell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support, community engagement, and internal communications. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Customer Support at GoPro since November 2015, Jeff has successfully enhanced self-service support tools and expanded global support operations, particularly in regions such as the Philippines and Egypt. Prior to this, Jeff held leadership roles at eBay, including Director of Community and Director of Seller Engagement, where initiatives led to improved customer engagement and platform enhancements. Earlier career experiences include strategic internal communications leadership at The Body Shop and Universal Orlando, and human resources management at Universal Creative and Disneyland International. Jeff holds a B.A. from Davidson College and an M.A. in Communications from California State University, Fullerton.
