Claudia Ackermann has worked in various roles throughout their career. Claudia started as a PR Expert at VUBI in 1995 and stayed there until 2001. Claudia then became the Managing Director at VUBIC from 2001 to 2006. In 2006, they joined GOPA Com. as the Managing Director. Finally, in 2013, they became the Director of Corporate Communications at GOPA Consulting Group.

Claudia Ackermann obtained a Master's degree in Literature from The University of Bonn, where they studied from 1988 to 1993. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics at the same university from 1987 to 1990.
