Shahab Yassemi is an experienced software engineer currently working at Google since May 2021, focusing on Google Cloud Firestore. Prior to this role, Shahab was employed at Amazon from September 2017 to April 2021, contributing to AWS Glue Studio, and worked on the Norton Security team at Symantec between June 2015 and August 2017. Shahab's earlier experience includes positions as a software engineer at Condusiv Technologies and as a software test engineer at STEC, Inc., where involvement in the EnhanceIO project was notable. Additionally, Shahab served as a systems administrator at IRNIC from June 2008 to September 2010, managing various internal servers. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Tehran.
