Rachel Pyrdol is a seasoned User Experience Researcher with extensive experience in leading design research and market research initiatives across prominent technology companies. Currently serving as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Google since April 2021, Rachel focuses on shaping TV ad experiences. Previously, Rachel held roles such as Principal Design Researcher at Humankind Co., where all stages of design research projects were led, and Uber Eats Global Research Lead at Uber, where a market research function was initiated and a team was built. Additional experience includes positions at YouTube, Meta, eBay, Electronic Arts, Yahoo, and Kearney, demonstrating a consistent track record of driving research strategies to inform product development and marketing efforts. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
