Naresh Rupani serves as the Head of Product Services at Google, leading operations across various products and services, including AI/ML, LLMs, and B2B Partner Technical and UX services, while managing a significant team and a $500M+ spend portfolio. Prior to joining Google in June 2013, Naresh held multiple managerial roles at American Express from May 2003 to June 2013, including Senior Manager of the Strategic Partnership team and Customer Service operations, focusing on relationship management, performance improvements, service delivery, and compliance. Naresh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from HCPG College and a Master of Marketing Management from Pondicherry University.
