Davide De Francesco is a seasoned data scientist currently working at Google in the YouTube division since January 2023. Prior to this role, Davide served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Stanford University from August 2020 to December 2022 and worked as a Statistical Consultant at DataRiver from November 2017 to November 2022. Additional experience includes tutoring statistics and statistical programming at The Profs, serving as a Statistician at UCL, and contributing to research at the Evidence Based Practice Unit at UCL & Anna Freud Centre. Davide's academic background includes a postdoctoral research period in Machine Learning at Stanford University and a PhD in Statistics from UCL. Earlier education includes a Master of Science in Biostatistics and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, complemented by international experiences at Gazi University and the University of Southampton.
