Danny Lange is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Business Intelligence (BI). Currently serving as Vice President of BI+AI at Google since June 2023, Lange previously held prominent positions including Senior Vice President of Artificial Intelligence at Unity Technologies and Head of Machine Learning at Uber. Lange's career includes significant contributions at Amazon as General Manager for Amazon Machine Learning and at Microsoft as Principal Development Manager focusing on Machine Learning and Big Data Analytics. As Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Vocomo Software, Lange developed advanced voice-user interfaces for major automotive brands. Additionally, Lange has served as Chief Technology Officer at General Magic, Inc., where Lange played a vital role in creating the OnStar service. Early career achievements include inventing the IBM Java Aglets project at IBM Research and contributing to the development of early web technologies while at Bruel & Kjaer. Danny Lange holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Technical University of Denmark.
