Artem Zarutskiy has had a diverse work experience. Artem started their career in 2004 as a Software Development Group Lead at Baikal Information Service, where they worked until 2008. In 2009, they founded GoodsMap, where they created a web crawling technology for automated data extraction from retail websites. This technology later became the foundation for Goodzer Inc., a US-based startup that Artem co-founded. At Goodzer Inc., Artem held multiple roles, first as the Co-Founder and CTO from 2010 to 2016, leading the development of technology and infrastructure. Artem then transitioned to the role of Co-Founder and CEO in 2016, focusing on using technology to simplify local marketing through effective call advertising campaigns and data aggregation AI technology.

Artem Zarutskiy attended Irkutsk State University from 2003 to 2008, where they pursued a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Following this, they enrolled as a postgraduate student at Dubna State University, specializing in Computer Science, from 2008 to 2011.
