Lauren Roberts serves as the Vice President of Global Talent & Associate Experience at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where responsibilities include leading global teams in Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, and HR Operations to enhance the associate experience. Previously held roles at Goodyear include Vice President of Global HR Operations and Human Resources for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) business unit. Prior experience includes significant HR leadership positions at GE Healthcare, where Lauren managed HR for a global business and participated in major restructuring initiatives, as well as roles at Sandusky Distributing, National City Bank, and Warner Music Group. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science from John Carroll University, a Bachelor of Science from The George Washington University, and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University.
