Kelly Chickos, CPTD, currently serves as the Manager of Global Leadership Development at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, a position held since June 2021. Previously, Kelly held various senior management roles in Learning & Development at STERIS Corporation from September 2010 to June 2020, and also worked at GOJO Industries and Key Bank, focusing on employee development and organizational learning initiatives. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Kent State University.
