Armand Luper Virtucio has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Coordination - Team Lead for the Asia Pacific Region at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since February 2018, after progressing from a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role. Prior to this, Armand held various HR positions at NGA Human Resources, including Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor, from October 2014 to February 2018. Armand began a career in human resources at Alere Inc. as a Benefits Specialist and gained foundational experience in auditing and business process outsourcing at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions. Armand earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Sacred Heart College, Lucena City, Quezon from 2007 to 2011.
