Aleda Schaffer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business acceleration and innovation. Currently serving as the Head of Business Acceleration and New Ventures at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since October 2021, Aleda's role focuses on the development of new products and services that leverage Goodyear's strengths. Previously, Aleda held positions such as General Manager of the Innovation Lab at Nestlé and was involved with the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center as a YEx Advisory Board Member. Aleda's entrepreneurial background includes co-founding PureCarbon, managing snack and new business initiatives at EAT Club, and serving as Strategic Partnerships Manager and Program Manager at American Airlines. Aleda's education includes an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and participation in business accelerator programs at prestigious institutions.
